Our new Wi-Fi password
One of the benefits we offer to all colleagues whilst they’re at work is free Wi-Fi. This allows people to use the internet on their personal laptops, phones or other technologies in their own time without having to use up any data allowances.
In the interest of security, we must update the password regularly and the time as come around for this to change again.
From 9am on Friday 27 September 2019, the colleague Wi-Fi password will be:
4L5az2L23uRRgU3v
Whilst this is a long and complicated password, you should only have to enter it once and then it will be remembered by your device (you may need to tick ‘remember password’). It’s also important to note that the password is case sensitive.
If you experience any issues or have questions about the charity’s Wi-Fi, please get in touch with our Service Desk team by raising a ticket on Fresh or giving them a call.
Instructions to access the Wi-Fi:
1. Search for available hotspots on your device
2. Select ‘StepChange_WiFi’
3. Enter password
4. Open a web browser (this may happen automatically)
5. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
6. Internet access will now be granted
