If you have replaced your Mobile Phone and have previously used the Okta Verify App to use our VPN you will need to speak to the Service Desk to reset your Okta account


Once the account has been reset, you will need to pair the new device with the Okta Verify app by following the instructions on www.stepchange.okta-emea.com.


Once signed in with your cccs email address and windows password, it will advise to "setup Okta Verify", please select this and follow the on screen guide. 


(Once you have scanned the QR code, which will then generate a 6-digit code, please remember to click "next" under the code and enter the current code showing on the app - the setup will fail if this instruction is missed) 


You will also not be able to access any network related sites such as Fresh to raise tickets as the access is not granted, so please follow the above before raising any tickets)
