Pulse – No End Session Button

This guide explains what to do if the End Session button is missing or not visible when using Pulse. There are a couple of quick fixes you can try before raising a ticket.

End Session Button Is Not Visible

If you can't see the End Session button, it may be due to your screen zoom settings.

Click the three dots in the top-right corner of your browser.

Use the zoom out option (e.g., reduce to 90% or 80%).

The End Session button should then appear.

End Session Button Is Completely Missing

If the button isn’t present at all, clear the cache and history in your browser ( if your unsure how to do this see the guide ‘Microsoft Edge - Clearing cookies/permissions and browser history’).

Next close all tabs in Microsoft edge. You can check this by right clicking your windows task bar. Clicking on task manger and ensuring Edge isn’t open in the list that appears. If it is simple right click on the name and select end task.

If neither fix works raise a ticket including details of the last actions taken before then End Session button disappeared.
