Installing certificate when charity’s router(Cloud-Shield) has been installed for Home Workers.
Without the certificate would user gets error shown below, below when trying to access charity’s web portals.
How to install certificate
1 - Log on to the users PC
2 - Open Manage User Certificates
3 - In Manage User Certificates, navigate to Certificates – Current User > Trusted Root Certification > Certificates. In here Import\install the certificate here. The certificate location is; \\ldsfileproapp01\Application Installs\FortiClient\Home Worker - Cloud Shield Cert\dpi_cloud-shield_co_uk.crt
4 – Close, re-open browser and test a portal.
