You /have advised one of the following:


1) no result box for ERR when ending call 

2) result box appeared but then quickly disappeared

3) called client with no answer but no result/ reinsert box  


This happens because when the client presses end call the result/ reinsert pop up box will terminate. 


The workaround for this is when you can feel the call coming to an end, press 'end call' in mitel, this will bring up the pop up box, when you eventually say bye to the client you will then need to quickly choose which option you want before the client puts the phone down.


If you call a client and the client declines your call, the pop up box will not appear at all.
