• When Mitel Connect has been opened Select the drop-down arrow and Send Client Logs


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 




  • This will open a new window that looks like the below where you will need to Select Next to proceed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


  • The next screen will ask you what date you require the Client Logs for. To select the date, you will need to search using Month and Year (if required) and select the specific date that is required and then press Next.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 




  • The next screen will then ask what method you require to use to collect and send these logs. It is recommended that ‘Generate an email with the logs’ is selected.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



  • Once Next has been selected again this will begin to create the .zip of the client logs and when successful it will automatically open a prepopulated email with the logs as an attachment like the below.

  • All that is left to do is send the email to whomever requires this information, and this process has then been completed.
