If you require a New Group to be created in Microsoft Teams, please raise a Service Request in Fresh using the below pre-configured form.

Please note that once the Group is created and ownership assigned to you, the Service Desk rescind all access to this group and will no longer be able to make any changes to that specific Group.

Best Practice would be to have more than one owner.

Click to request a new service (shown in the image below) use the search box which appears on the left of the screen and search ‘teams’ and select ‘teams-internal create- New Group (shown below)

Q: I need access to a group that already exists, how do I request this?

A: Please reach out to the owner of the group to add you to this.
