Issue summary
Priority debts are not showing in the PAP meaning when the DMP surplus is generated it is inaccurate as the money allocated to the priority debt (which is paid directly by the client) is presenting as additional surplus.
This runs the risk of clients having an DMP that is unaffordable and inaccurate.

On further investigation the issue only impacts priority debts which are not marked as in arrears.
