Issue summary
The issue presents when:
The Advisor:
- Create a joint case - both C1 and C2 having email
- Activate email for C1 and C2
Using the online system:
- Open case using C1 - check Security Details - Looks OK
- Open case using C2 - check Security Details - Get a blank page unable to update email. This is the error and the page is shown below.
