 The root cause of this is too vague and the issue as been split into multiple different problem records and this one has been closed. Further analysis under:

PRB-522 - missing security information

PRB-594 - email not in OKTA 

PRB-600 - registered email needs adding after registration

PRB-632 - client unable to reset account 
 PRB-635 - client log in taking them to OKTA
