Issue summary

Something intermittently causing Q164 to say stuck at "start". This usually indicated by an email which is sent to the service desk inbox and the client maintenance dev team. This email incudes the following:

Subject: Q164 ERROR!

Importance: High

There are xxx file(s) over 48 hours old.  Please speak to Client Maintenance Team to ascertain the severity, and escalate to relevant operational managers

 

Current Workaround

Raise a ticket with the infrastructure team summarising the problem

Ask that they perform a restart on the live comms server vmcompro1app01.

Check that proposals are being moved into \\VMCOMPRO1APP01\CommsData\FTP\Q164 and that the timestamps are for after Infra have rebooted the comms server.

Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround

 The root cause was not found, and the above work around has now been accepted.
