If you see a message saying your mailbox is full or that you're approaching your quota limit, you'll need to delete some items in your mailbox.
To do this:
- Empty your deleted items folder. You can right click on the folder and select the 'empty folder' option.
- Arrange your mailbox items in 'size' order. Click on the 'size' column header in your inbox and scroll to find the largest emails:
- Providing they're no longer required, delete the larger messages
- You can repeat this method for all other folders (sent items and any subfolders for example) within your mailbox.
