Sorry you’re having problems with the one to one form.

 

This error message often appears where text has been copied from one program (e.g. Word or Outlook) and pasted into MyLO, and / or the text contains one or more special characters (e.g. 😊)

 

Sometimes having multiple tabs open can affect MyLO’s ability to handle sessions and save data because of conflicting information. 


A majority of the time it’s an emoji…
