Open your Windows 'Start' option and search for 'Registry Editor'


Once the Registry Editor is opened, it will look like this:



From here, you want to follow the following drop downs:

Ø HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

Ø SOFTWARE

Ø Microsoft

Ø Windows NT

 ... Profile List

Ø Current Version






This will list the Profiles. To delete these you Right Click and Delete. You should ONLY delete the profiles that read with the long digit names. E.g (S-1-5-21-65439248-12384-569854)
