If you are experiencing issues logging onto Teams via an app on your Mobile Phone, you may now be unable to log in, or are prompted to re-enter your O365 Credentials
This is not an error, this is due to conditional access being enabled for Security Purposes
This will be resolved when User Mailboxes are moved to Exchange Online as part of the Charity's migration, which is due to finish in March 2020
You can connect to Teams on your Mobile Phone whilst connected to the StepChange WiFi, however it will not work outside of our network
As there is not a fault with teams or your Mobile Phones please do not raise this to the Service Desk as they are unable to implement any changes to enable this at this time
