Installing Intune Company Portal:

  1. Go to Play store and search for the app “Intune Company portal”:

 

 

  1. Download and Install the app.

 

  1. Open the app and login in the format of username@cccs.co.uk and your AD password.

 

 

  1. The login process will also prompt you to login to the charity Office365 portal.

 

 

  1. Tap “Begin” in the next screen

 

 

  1. Tap “Continue” in the next screen:

 

 

  1. Tap “Next” in the following screen:

 

 

  1. In the next screen asking if “Company Portal” is allowed to make and manage calls choose “Allow”:

 

 

  1. Activate device admin app in the next screen:

 

 

  1. Now the app will take some time to set up the device, then in the next screen “KLMS Agent” tap “Next”

 

  1. To open Outlook open “Company Portal” app and choose “Outlook”, if the app is not already installed on the handset you will be taken to the play store where you will download and open “Outlook” app and the app will be installed on the handset:

 

 

  1. Open Outlook, type your email address in the format ( user@cccs.co.uk)and tap “Continue”

 

  1. Next tap “Activate” in the “Activate device administrator” screen:

 

  1. Tap “Activate” in the next screen “Activate device admin app”

 

 

  1. Next you can use fingerprint or pin to authenticate

 

  1. Next create a new PIN to be used with “Outlook”:

 

 

  1. Confirm the pin in the next screen.

 

  1. There are additional Apps which will be published on the “company portal” that you will need to install ,to open attachments from emails, these apps are:

 

  • Teams,
  • Excel
  • Word
  • PowerPoint
  • Managed Browser

 

Please note that more app might be added to the portal if needed.

 

 

This complete the install and setup of Intune on Android devices.
