Okta Verify: Changing Your Security Question

Follow the link below and log in using your cccs.co.uk email and password.

Click on your name located in the top right-hand corner, drop this down and select “Settings”

Click the “Edit Profile” button located in the top right. This will prompt you to enter your password and Okta code again.

Scroll half-way down the page to the “Forgotten Password Question” and click “Edit”

Here you can update the security question, make your own question ( if you don’t like any of the preset ones) and update the answer. When you’ve filled this out click ’Save’
