User log ins failing due to 'an internal error has occurred' error. (INC-117660)

Users receives error on Webseries when logging in.

Issue was resolved by logging into WebSeries's Server VMWBSPRO1APP01,

- Open Services.msc

- Stop all Bottomline Services,

- Open Task Manager, make sure no JAVA BottomLine is running, if it is close(KILL) task.

- Go back to Services.msc, and Start all BottomLine services
