Basically application either local or RDP has hung or lost the connection to the datastores on the server

 

So to resolve this issue:-

 

  1. Create RDP session from your laptop 
  2. Log on to the Server – that runs Sage – VMGENPRO1APP02 – as yourself – you are admin 
  3. From computer management select services then search for the SAGE 50 Services. 
    • From here restart the SAGE 50 Accounts Data Service v24 that is enable 


 

  1. Test the connection again or get the user who reported the issues to retest.
