Guide

Open the start menu from the windows task bar, type ‘Control Panel’ and press the enter key. (Just start typing when the start menu is open or use the search box on the task bar if you prefer).

Find ‘Mail (Microsoft Outlook)’ and double click to open this. (Shown in the image below)

 

A small window will open. Click ‘Show Profiles’

 

In the next screen you will see one name ‘Outlook’ , click on the name then the remove button.

Once removed click the ‘Add’ button.

When prompted enter the name ‘Outlook-2’

Continue pressing the next button as many times as needed.

Click the finish button when it appears.

Re-open outlook and this should now be working.

Q: I have departmental inboxes will these be impacted?

A: There is a possibility that they wont transfer over straight away. They should reappear after 24 hours and a restart. If this happens and you require access immediately, please log into the web browser version.
