Changing Out of hours OOH line to On-Call Service Desk Engineer
To ascertain the On-Call Engineer’s system name, extension number and mobile number, for example for Charles, go to http://STCHDP01:5478/director/login, Administration > Features > Call Control > Route Points > Then search ‘service desk’ and select Charles from the list as shown below.
System name is : Service Desk OOH Charles
Extension is : 60301
On-Call
To amend the mobile number that the OOH calls are to divert to, select the tab Routing > On-Hours > complete as shown below and Save;.
Use details found above to complete form below. This is to forward all OOH calls to the OnCall engineer’s mobile, in this example Charles.
Go to WorkGroup, search and select ‘Service Desk OOH’.
Set to Always Forward to 60301 : Service Desk OOH Charles
