• Open Mitel Connect; hit the top left arrow drop down and click Settings

  • In the new window select the Call Routing

  • In the Call Routing menu screen at the top select Power Routing and the Create New Power Rule

  • Make sure that the when creating the rule it looks like the following screenshot. 

Once this rule has been set like the screenshot click Create Rule



  • To make sure that this rule is set up and it now functioning you will be able to see your rule under the My Power Rules section. Make sure that your created rule is showing as Enabled


  • Sign out of both instances of Mitel completely (Browser Mitel and Mitel Connect) and once logged back in the call will have gone.



Please Note:  Once the call has been confirmed to have gone go back to when your new power rule has been set up and delete the rule.
