FAQ(s)

(Q) When working from home - I have changed the password, but my laptop is still only unlocking with the old password, what do I do to update this?

  1. Once you have changed the password, you will need to either log out of the forticlient VPN and back in with the new password/just log into the VPN with the new password if not connected. Once on the VPN, LOCK your screen (WINDOWS KEY + L / CTRL, ALT + DELETE – LOCK SCREEN) and re-enter the NEW password. This will then unlock the hardware and update the password.

(Q) I’ve forgotten my password, so I can’t access OKTA Self-Service?

  1. Head back to the login page via OKTA and underneath the password field you will see “Need Help Signing In” Click on this and then choose the “Forgotten Password” link – This will then ask for your cccs email address in which you enter and then follow the next processes.

Q)  I’m not set up for the OKTA Self-Service so the above question doesn’t help?

      (A)  To set this up, you will need to follow the above process for changing your password. However, when you click the “Edit Profile” button, you will miss out the password change and go down to the forgotten password – text and security question tabs and complete them:
