Please look below for the error message you are provided and follow the workaround action for each one.
"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: Index"
- Select to view the clients images on Docutrieve Storage Master by opting to view the images as thumbnails rather than a list.
If the error you are seeing is not in the above please raise a ticket along with any actions you have taken.
