If you’ve having issues with PDD, please can you make sure you’re using either the desktop icon, the quick links on favourites (via Microsoft Edge) or through Portal to access it.
Internet Explorer that was linked to the icon on DCS was retired on 26 May 2022 and should no longer be used.
If you’re still having issues, please raise a ticket as normal.
