Open up RDS Web located on your desktop (may also be in the StepChange folder):
Log in using cccsnt/USERNAME and your windows password:
When signed in, load up Edge in which you will receive the following in the top right, click "open file":
Right click on the "cpub-msedge" file that just downloaded and select "Properties" - In the new window, at the bottom tick "Unblock" and apply.
Now double click on the "cpub-msedge" file you just downloaded and sign in with your windows password when prompted (you can also drag/drop this file to your desktop for easier access - it can also be renamed via clicking back on properties):
This will now load Edge in a remote desktop format and you will have the following icon on your taskbar:
In the top left of this window, click the circle icon and "sign in to sync data" (if you are already signed in, skip):
When prompted, sign in using your USERNAME@cccs.co.uk details:
Select "OK" and "Done" on the finalisation of the sign in.
Next, when it loads in, at the top type in: edge://compat and click "Force Update":
Now in the address bar at the top, type in: /pdddde and hit enter and the PDD system should now load up!
