The only groups a client should have in their Okta account should be Everyone & Pulse_Clients.
If a client is missing this in Okta go to Directory > Groups > Rules
Click the dropdown arrow next PulseClients and select the Pulse_Clients from the Then section of the rule.
When this opens in a new tab select Assign People
This will take you to a new page asking to assign people to the group. Search for the client email in the search bar at the top and click + when their email comes up in the results.
