Issue: When using Docutrieve Storage Master, you may encounter the following error message:

"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: Index."

Cause: This error typically occurs when trying to view client images in list format.

Resolution: To resolve this issue, change your view setting to display client images as thumbnails rather than as a list. This avoids triggering the index error.
