This article advises on where to access the Key IVR Dashboard. Key IVR is Stepchange payment system that is used for (but not limited to) processing refunds, managing reoccurring payments and taking payments.  

Accessing Key IVR 

This can be accessed from the Stepchange folder located on your desktop.

FAQ’S 

Q: I have accessed the dashboard but am unsure of the log in details what should I do?  

A: Your username is your @stepchange.org email address. If you have forgotten the password raise a Fresh ticket and the Service Desk Team will reset this for you. If you haven’t used the system before and need an account creating, please follow the same process for forgotten password.
