Requesting Inbox Access and Permissions Changes
Summary
All in charity inboxes have permissions assigned to them ensuring only relevant and authorised users have access.
To request access, or amend permissions to an existing inbox follow the below instructions:
- Open fresh (this can be found in your StepChange folder on your desktop)
- Click into ‘Request New Service’
- From the service categories select email
- Click ‘Request now’ under the

Q: What should I do if I have raised the request but need this actioned quickly?
A: We ask that you allow as much time as possible when making a request as the changes take time to process. If it is required urgently, please call the Service desk team.
