Q: What can the IT assist with?
A: The SD can assist with permissions-based requests should additional ones need adding and support in a variety of incidents that may link to KMS but Arnt caused by it. They can’t support if the issue is in the article or if there is an issue with a specific link or file.
Q: KMS has gone down what should I do?
A: Please make the IT team aware so they can send out communications and work with the advice assurance manger to resolve the problem
