Get the time frame for the missing writebacks by contacting the Data team.
In Pega run the MissingWritebacksRec with the above times in the filters and category being 'ESC003'
This will give you a list of all writebacks that need to be manually pushed through. ( all the others will probably hit triggers to have another writeback at a later date)
Run this report and export it to Excel.
Now you will need to go through each client on the list and go into the client account through the front end UI and then end session (this will create a new writeback) - some writebacks are delayed and can take upto 1-2 hours to be triggered.
once you have done this for them you will need to load up the IntegrationAuditDetailed report in Pega and client by client run the report.
from here you should be able to find the global unique ID. you will need to add this to the excel you exported earlier.
from here you should be able to find the global unique ID. you will need to add this to the excel you exported earlier.
Once you have all the ID's in there you can save and send the excel to Data so they can pull the information through to the Warehouse.
there are also 2 more reports that Data need.
1. A list of all missing writebacks including all categories.
in pega search for MissingWritebacksRec
you will have used this on the above so all you need to do is remove the value from the filter, save and run.
Export this and pass through to Data.
2. Breathing space writebacks
for this you will be using the integrationauditdetailed
you will need to add these filters to it (dates are same as above) - i have added the filters on instead of change what was already there so i can easily reset it back to normal after.
Once run, export to excel and send these to Data too.
