The length of case references has increased over time and no longer fit in the input box.
Current Workaround
Please raise a fresh ticket and this will be assigned to the application support team.
The app support team will update this in the data base via a data fix.
Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround
A change was put to the change team, which was approved.
SR-5935: Live release date: 11/09/19. This was released into live and permanently fixed the issue.
