Summary

One of the benefits we offer to all colleagues whilst they’re at work is free Wi-Fi. This allows people to use the internet on their personal laptops, phones or other technologies in their own time without having to use up any data allowances.

The colleague Wi-Fi password is:

Please note: For security reasons the password is case sensitive and subject to change. 

Guide:

1. Search for available hotspots on your device

2. Select ‘StepChange_WiFi’

3. Enter password

4. Open a web browser (this may happen automatically)

5. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions

6. Internet access will now be granted

FAQ’S

Q: Why is the password long and complex?

A: This is done as a security. You should only have to enter it once on your device and it will be remembered (you may need to tick ‘remember password’).
