Open the start menu (bottom left) >


Type and enter the “Control Panel” (just start typing, there’s no search bar) > 


Find “Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016) and open > 


Click “Show Profiles” > 


You’ll see one name “Outlook” > 


 Select this and hit “Remove” > 


Once removed > 


Hit the “Add” > 


When prompted enter the name “Outlook-2” > 


Hit next, and keep going through “Next” (it may prompt you to enter your cccs email address/password – please complete this) > 


Once you hit “Finish” reopen outlook and this should be working fine (you may need to add your departmental inboxes again)
