Issue summary
This issue appears on DMS’s when trying to view the debts on a client’s plan.
There are 2 main ways it can present but each makes the debt screen unreadable:
- The table debts appear in is too compact
- The tables rows have too much space
Below is an example of how this screen should look.
In some cases this issue can also present on the notes screen.
Current Workaround
Please raise a fresh ticket which will be looked at by the app support team.
The solution for this is below, it is settings based rather than an issue.
Permanent Solution
The root cause has been identified. DMS can be impacted by a user’s view preferences.
To resolve this right, click on the header and select restore grid defaults.
