Issue summary
The monthly summary section in Pulse will show a different Debts/Income/Spending/surplus despite the amounts being correct in the other screens and the PAP.
This could lead to incorrect advise if the advisor isn’t aware.
Current Workaround
Advise the client that this is a known error being investigated by the IT team, it is only a visual error on this screen and will not impact their advice or their PAP.

Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround
The error is only a visual error and has no impact on Decision Logic or the PAP. As of November 2025, there have been no new issues reported leading to the problem being closed. Please follow the workaround above if this occurs.
