Issue summary

This occurs on the debt screen on pulse when a debt is entered with an account number that is 30 characters or more.

Current Workaround

When entering debts on pulse ensure the account number dose not exceed 30 characters.

If the write back error dose occur, raise a fresh ticket and go back to the debt screen and change the account numbers to ones that don’t exceed the 30-character limit.

Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround

This is an accepted workaround as this is the maximum character count for pulse, please follow the current work around steps above.
