Issue summary
A client reference number isn’t appearing at the top of the client’s case in pulse. Advisors are unable to search for client’s cases via this method, and clients are unable to give a client reference to their creditors.
Current Workaround
Move the case along until the 'PAP' has been generated, this will trigger pulse to generate a client Reference.
Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround
This problem has been closed as there have been no new tickets in the last 6 months as of November 2025. This also falls under advice and guidance for the first time debt advice team.
