Issue summary
This occurs in pulse when advisors are verifying the clients debt solutions.
When the 'Verify' option is pressed from the drop down menu the 'Verify Solution' option appears however when the mouse is moved over it this option disappears and can’t be selected.

Current Workaround
Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate the menu and the enter button to use the ‘verify solution’ button.
Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround
As of November 2025 there have been no reported occurrences of this in the last 6 months.
