Issue summary

When users attempt to print budgets the below error message appears, meaning they are unable to convert these to PDF and email them to clients when requested.

 

Current Workaround

Try exporting the budget again following the below steps:

  • When the Microsoft Access icon comes up at the bottom, click on that
  • then click on the grey 'enable content' message

 

Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround

 The root cause of this has yet to be found. Please raise a ticket when this occurs so it can be associated to the problem record.

If you have never exported a budget before please raise a service request for the service desk team to ensure you have the correct permissions and ensure you are following the correct exporting method ( a guide can be found in the fresh solutions library)
