Steps to exporting a budget:
1) Launch DCS via RDS Web (found in the StepChange folder)
Remember to use your password to access DCS not your PIN/Biometrics.

3) Print budget from DCS.
4) Microsoft Access will open a copy of the budget. Click ‘Print’.
5) Select 'Microsoft Print to PDF' then 'Okay'
6) A new window will open to save the document.
Ensure you go to this PC and click on 'C on XXXXX'.
7) Click into the following folders and save it here:
Users/YourUsername/Documents
If you haven’t exported budgets before or are having issues with the above steps please raise a service request for the Service Desk team to check your permissions.
8) You can find the file by opening File Explorer, clicking on This PC, then into C drive and users/YourUsername/desktop, or users/YourUsername/documents.
Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround
The root cause of this is C:\Program Files (x86)\DCS\PrintDatabase\DCSTest.mdb no longer being a trusted location in Microsoft Access on VMRDPPRO1APP01.
Follow the above method to export Budgets and if an error still presents please raise a Fresh ticket so this can be escalated to App Support.
