Affected System: DCS/DCS Com's

Issue summary

This issue occurs when users are attempting to load DCS or DCS Comms from RDS Web.

If advisors can’t get access, they cannot complete there BAU. The below error message is shown :

 

Current Workaround

Please raise a fresh ticket , even if the below works it important that we have a record of this. 

 Try a laptop restart as this usually resolves the issue.

If this doesn't work call the SD Line who will manually log the advisor out of the server. 

If this does not work the ticket will be escalated to app support.

Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround

It mostly occurred in the previous StepChange office commerce house and at the start of lockdown on the old Lenovo laptops. Users were getting the same error message but for different reasons.

This problem is confirmed as closed as the description and root cause are outdated. This is due to different reasons being the cause of the error.
