Issue summary
This occurs when the advisor attempts to open a client uploaded document in a pulse chat. The pulse chat freezes and the user is unable to do anything.
Current Workaround
Raise a ticket which will be escalated to application support and added to the problem record.
Close and reopen pulse.
Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround
As of November 2025, there have been no new incidents recorded so the problem has been closed.
