Issue summary
The Month and Year dropdowns are missing which prevents client being able to progress further.

Current Workaround
1. Go to the client’s contact details.
2. Click to enter the address manually and save it. (this will split the address up into the address lines)
3. follow path back to selecting a solution and the address will appear.
Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround
As of November 2025 there have been no new incidents in the last 6 months , please follow the workaround steps and raise a ticket so the Application support team can be ware of reoccurrences and investigate further if needed,
