If you do not have the option to send post please check-


  1.  If the client has selected "household unaware" as shown below-



Selecting this will mean that sending post is suspended. This is to protect the clients privacy.


If the client is happy to receive post then this can be unticked and the option to send postal correspondence should become available again.


If the client does not wish to receive post for privacy reasons then they may wish to use the alternative of email.2



2. Has the client entered their full name?


If the client has only their first name on the case then this will cause an error when sending post. Please fill in the surname also and you should be able to send postal as expected.


3. Has email sending been disabled?


If the client has disabled sending email then the option to send correspondence via this method will not be available. You will be able to see this as shown below-
