Issue summary
On pulse the income has been inputted correctly however it isn’t showing in the main value field instead it shows in the other field.
This results in the PAP and the information that transfers over to DCS being incorrect as the income amount is missing.

Current Workaround
Client information is still on pulse not DCS:
Refer this to the Debt Advice team so an advisor can go into the budget and move the income from other to the main income field.
Client information is on DCS:
Refer this to the review team where a debt advisor will be able to add the income amount to the main field in DCS.
Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround
The root cause of this was unable to be identified and on occasion occurs due to user or client error. The above work around is now the accepted process and the problem has been closed.
