Affected System: Pulse, Online DMP, DMS, DCS, Docutrieve

Issue summary

There are instances where a client has been able to complete verification and upload themselves through Pulse. The client bypasses KYC and necessary verification is not done. These accounts are appearing in DCS, DMS and documents are already uploaded to Docutrieve.

Current Workaround

Any clients who can do this will be picked up by the activations team and moved back to the appropriate place, so no verification is missed.

Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround

 As of November 2025, no new cases have occurred for the last 3 months, and this issue has been closed. If the problem dose present, it’s important that you raise a ticket which will be assigned to the app support team.
