When No Assignment Is Available
If you see that there is no assignment available when attempting to progress a client (as shown in the image example), this may be due to a system error or missing internal action.
What to do
Open the Client History tab.
Take a screenshot of the last actions performed on the account.
Raise a ticket and attach the screenshot to the request.
Providing a screenshot helps the support team identify where the issue occurred and resolve it quickly.
