Issue summary
This occurs when a client completes a budget using their online account, the WIP is saved and showing on DCS but there is no note of this on DMS
Current Workaround
Re-agree the budget with any clients who have been impacted so DMS and DCS can sync
Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround
The root cause hasn’t been identified yet, until further notice please raise a ticket so this can be associated to the problem and use the workaround above.
